Amazing experience at Potters Bar Eyecare. My young boy started Ortho-K treatment here, and the optician has been exceptional — very professional, patient and fantastic with children. They took time to check his eyes carefully, explain the Ortho-K process, and make sure he felt comfortable and confident. We feel very well looked after. Highly recommended!
We have been visiting Potters Bar Eyecare center for last 2 years and are very impressed with the service. The appointments are always well-organized, and the optometrist takes time to explain the results clearly, ensuring we understand eye health and prescription options (including Ortho-K lenses). The equipment appeared very modern and hygienic, and the staff were courteous and efficient throughout. Overall, the experience has been excellent and reassuring, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking thorough and professional eye care.
My boys suffered from progressive myopia, Potters Bar Eyecare is the only optician in Potters Bar that offers Ortho-K lens, Vishal & Bhavik are professional and patient to get my sons fitting the lens, and the follow up is closely monitored to check the progress of their vision. They gave us great confidence as they fully monitor the whole process to provide the best myopia control and keep their eyes in good health which is precious for lifelong. The whole team including Rishi & Karen are nice and caring. We are lucky to have this gem in Potters Bar.
Great service at Potters Bar Eye Care. The team are welcoming, efficient and really know what they’re doing. Always feel well looked after whenever I go in. I collected my new Tom Ford frame today and I’m really happy with it. I’m now also booked in for IPL treatment. Definitely recommend.
