Best ever glasses from best ever optician. I strongly recommend Mr Bhavik Acharya at Potters Bar Eye Care. Incredibly professional , charming and unbelivably conscientious. No trouble too much and so nice to use an independent not some private equity owned conglomerate.

My boys suffered from progressive myopia, Potters Bar Eyecare is the only optician in Potters Bar that offers Ortho-K lens, Vishal & Bhavik are professional and patient to get my sons fitting the lens, and the follow up is closely monitored to check the progress of their vision. They gave us great confidence as they fully monitor the whole process to provide the best myopia control and keep their eyes in good health which is precious for lifelong. The whole team including Rishi & Karen are nice and caring. We are lucky to have this gem in Potters Bar.

Amazing experience at Potters Bar Eyecare. My young boy started Ortho-K treatment here, and the optician has been exceptional — very professional, patient and fantastic with children. They took time to check his eyes carefully, explain the Ortho-K process, and make sure he felt comfortable and confident. We feel very well looked after. Highly recommended!

We have been visiting Potters Bar Eyecare center for last 2 years and are very impressed with the service. The appointments are always well-organized, and the optometrist takes time to explain the results clearly, ensuring we understand eye health and prescription options (including Ortho-K lenses). The equipment appeared very modern and hygienic, and the staff were courteous and efficient throughout. Overall, the experience has been excellent and reassuring, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking thorough and professional eye care.

Great service at Potters Bar Eye Care. The team are welcoming, efficient and really know what they’re doing. Always feel well looked after whenever I go in. I collected my new Tom Ford frame today and I’m really happy with it. I’m now also booked in for IPL treatment. Definitely recommend.

Mr Vishal was absolutely magnificent when adjusting my glasses. Totally professional. Love it.. Highly recommended. It's my second time here. Absolutely fabulous. Do not hesitate with this optometrist.

I chose Potters Bar Eye Care Centre for mum, having read the many excellent reviews and was not disappointed!
Vishal was exceptional in making sure that mum was first seen by specialists having scanned mum’s eyes first and found that she had an occlusion with haemorrhaging in one eye following a recent stroke.
Once the issue had been cleared up, she is thrilled with her newly prescribed glasses thanks to the expertise of Vishal and also his colleague Rishi !

Had a great experience seeing Vishal at Potters Bar Eyecare. Very detailed and thorough sight test followed by a great range of frames to choose from. Thoroughly recommended.

I recently visited for a new pair of glasses, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and professionalism. The optician took the time to thoroughly explain the eye examination process, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Would certainly recommend! See you again in 2 years!

I went this morning and was seen by the optician Vishel who was excellent. He gave me a thorough check up and he explained everything clearly and was very polite and friendly. I highly recommend these opticians.

We’ve just moved to Potters Bar and feel incredibly lucky to have found this gem of an optician. With so many opticians around, this practice truly stood out for its warm, friendly, and welcoming team. The optometrists are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to carry out thorough eye tests without making us feel rushed at all.
They also have a fantastic range of stylish glasses, and the staff were super helpful in recommending frames that suited our face shapes—something we really appreciated! You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile to help however they can.
We’re not the only ones who think so—our neighbours recommended them to us, and now we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful place with lovely staff! Always very attentive and helpful. Have been coming to Potters Bar Eye Care Centre for the last few years and their range of frames is amazing, very happy with my glasses. I would definitely recommend.

My wife, I and family members have been clients of Potters Bar Eye Care centre for as long as I can remember, certainly over 40 years and the service has always been of the highest quality. Great care is taken during eyetests, everything is explained fully in terms that are understandable and the follow-up is always professional while being friendly and reassuring. We would not consider going anywhere else.

I've been using this optician for over 20 years for both glasses and contacts. I live far away in Essex and at times I have tried to find more local options. But I always come back to Potters bar because eye care is important and these people do it very very well.
